1. Understanding Your Interests
   Knowing what you like to do, such as cooking, solving problems, or working with people, gives direction to your career search. For example, if you enjoy helping others and communicating, you might explore careers in teaching, counselling, or healthcare.
2. Recognising Your Abilities and Skills
   Abilities are learned skills that you can develop further. If you are good at organising, planning, or problem-solving, these skills can guide you towards fields like project management, logistics, or research. Recognising these abilities helps you focus on careers where you can excel.
3. Utilising Your Natural Talents
   Talents are the natural abilities you are born with, such as singing, playing sports, or solving mathematical problems. By identifying your talents, you can explore careers where these come naturally to you, like music, sports, or engineering.
4. Building on Your Strengths
   Your strengths, the things you consistently do well, give you confidence in a career field. For example, if you’re good at persuading others and leading projects, careers in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship may be a good fit.
5. Avoiding Weakness-Driven Careers
